Peanut Butter - Hot Fudge Crockpot Cake
1/2 C. all-purpose flour
3/4 C. granulated sugar - divided
3/4 t. baking powder
1/3 C. milk
1 T. oil
1/2 t. vanilla extract
1/4 C. peanut butter
3 T. cocoa
1 C. boiling water
In a medium bowl, combine flour, 1/4 cup sugar and baking powder. Add milk, oil
and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Mix in peanut butter. Pour into crockpot and
In the same mixing bowl, stir together the remaining 1/2 cup
sugar and cocoa. Gradually stir in boiling water. Pour mixture over batter in
crockpot. Do not stir.
Cover and cook on high setting for 2 to 3 hours or until
a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Serve warm with vanilla
ice cream, hot fudge sauce and nuts, if desired.
