Bechamel
Sauce
4 T. butter
4 T. flour
1/2 t. salt
2 C. milk
Heat
margarine in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in flour and salt. Add milk and stir
constantly. Heat to boiling and cook 1 minute more.
Cool before using in this dish.

Italian Meat Loaf Gratin
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
4 oz. ground pork
1/2 C. minced Mortadella
4 oz. minced salami meat
3 eggs
2 C. bechamel sauce
salt and pepper
Mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Butter a baking dish
and pour in the mixture. Bake in a pre-heated 350°F. oven for about an hour.
Can be served hot or at room temperature.
